Veggies To Go

Raw Veggie Salad To Go

Ingredients

  • Vegetable Salad Mix
  • Broccoli

  • Mushrooms

  • Asparagus

  • Red Pepper

  • Any of your favorite vegetables

  • Gluten Free Pasta, Bean Pasta or Quinoa

  • Nutritional Yeast

  • Dressing
  • Olive Oil

  • Champagne Vinegar

  • Dried Parsley

  • Dried Oregano

  • Dried Red Pepper

  • Garlic Powder

  • Sea Salt & Pepper

Directions

  • Prepare Pasta or Quinoa as instructed.
  • Clean and chop all veggies. Leave Raw.
  • Combine all veggies & pasta in a to go container. Top with nutritional yeast.
  • Combine all dressing ingredients together in a separate to go container.
  • When you are almost ready to eat, top the veggies with the dressing. Let marinate for about 30 minutes to combine flavors.
