Raw Veggie Salad To Go
Ingredients
- Vegetable Salad Mix
Broccoli
Mushrooms
Asparagus
Red Pepper
Any of your favorite vegetables
Gluten Free Pasta, Bean Pasta or Quinoa
Nutritional Yeast
- Dressing
Olive Oil
Champagne Vinegar
Dried Parsley
Dried Oregano
Dried Red Pepper
Garlic Powder
Sea Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Prepare Pasta or Quinoa as instructed.
- Clean and chop all veggies. Leave Raw.
- Combine all veggies & pasta in a to go container. Top with nutritional yeast.
- Combine all dressing ingredients together in a separate to go container.
- When you are almost ready to eat, top the veggies with the dressing. Let marinate for about 30 minutes to combine flavors.
