  • Mushrooms, Grilled

  • Onions, Grilled

  • Green beans, Grilled

  • Asparagus, Grilled

  • Kale, roasted

  • … Any of your favorite vegetables. Get creative!

Directions

  • Prepare the homemade Mustard Tahini Sauce
  • Prepare quinoa (if desired)
  • Prepare the vegetables by roasting or grilling
  • Assemble in bowl and top with sliced avocado
