Mustard Tahini Sauce
Ingredients
1/4 cup tahini
1 tablespoon champagne vinegar
2 garlic gloves, minced
2 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey (maple syrup if vegan)
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoon fennel seeds
pink peppercorn
salt and pepper, to taste
water, as needed
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and taste for flavor!
- Add more water as need to help thin tahini.
- Serve with your favorite roasted veggie bowl!
Notes
- Swap out any of the spices for your favorite flavors! I am always making different varieties of this sauce.
