Mustard Tahini Sauce

Mustard Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tahini

  • 1 tablespoon champagne vinegar

  • 2 garlic gloves, minced

  • 2 tablespoon dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon honey (maple syrup if vegan)

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 2 teaspoon fennel seeds

  • pink peppercorn

  • salt and pepper, to taste

  • water, as needed

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients and taste for flavor!
  • Add more water as need to help thin tahini.
  • Serve with your favorite roasted veggie bowl!

Notes

  • Swap out any of the spices for your favorite flavors! I am always making different varieties of this sauce.
