- Chicken Based Bowl
Chicken Breast
Greek Seasoning
- Vegetable Based Bowl
Broccoli

Asparagus
Carrots
Mushrooms
(or any other vegetables of your preference)
Directions
- Chicken Based Bowl
- Cut chicken breast into bite size pieces. Season with greek seasoning. Grill until cooked through.
- Vegetable Based Bowl
- Lightly grill or steam your vegetables so they stay crunchy. Season with greek seasoning.
- Assemble Bowl
- Assemble your bowl with quinoa, olives, artichoke, grape leaves, roasted red peppers & either veggie or chicken base. Make sure you keep your olives & other wet ingredients separate from your veggies, quinoa, and/or chicken.
- Serve with sliced avocado & homemade tzatziki sauce.
