Ingredients

  • Various Olives

  • Grilled Artichoke Hearts

  • Stuffed Grape Leaves

  • Roasted Red Peppers

  • Avocado

  • Quinoa

  • Homemade Tzatziki

  • Chicken Based Bowl
  • Chicken Breast

  • Greek Seasoning

  • Vegetable Based Bowl
  • Broccoli

  • Green Beans

  • Asparagus

  • Carrots

  • Mushrooms

  • (or any other vegetables of your preference)

Directions

  • Chicken Based Bowl
  • Cut chicken breast into bite size pieces. Season with greek seasoning. Grill until cooked through.
  • Vegetable Based Bowl
  • Lightly grill or steam your vegetables so they stay crunchy. Season with greek seasoning.
  • Assemble Bowl
  • Assemble your bowl with quinoa, olives, artichoke, grape leaves, roasted red peppers & either veggie or chicken base. Make sure you keep your olives & other wet ingredients separate from your veggies, quinoa, and/or chicken.
  • Serve with sliced avocado & homemade tzatziki sauce.
