Crab & Chorizo Street Tacos
We came up with this when we made a tapas style dinner with left overs
Ingredients
King Crab
Chorizo (not in casing)
Cotija cheese
Avocado, sliced
Red Onion, thinly sliced
Jalapeño, thinly sliced
Cilantro
Sriracha
Course sea salt
Flour Tortilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to broil.
- Heat chorizo in a pan on the oven. Break apart so its in smaller pieces.
- Cut flour tortillas into street taco size. (Large cookie cutter works great! Or trace a cup.)
- Put a little sprinkle of cotjia cheese on each tortilla. Put in oven on broil for a couple minutes.
- Assemble crab taco with crab, avocado, cilantro and course sea salt.
- Assemble chorizo taco with chorizo, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro and a drop of sriracha.
