Crab & Chorizo Street Tacos

We came up with this when we made a tapas style dinner with left overs

Ingredients

  • King Crab

  • Chorizo (not in casing)

  • Cotija cheese

  • Avocado, sliced

  • Red Onion, thinly sliced

  • Jalapeño, thinly sliced

  • Cilantro

  • Sriracha

  • Course sea salt

  • Flour Tortilla

Directions

  • Preheat oven to broil.
  • Heat chorizo in a pan on the oven. Break apart so its in smaller pieces.
  • Cut flour tortillas into street taco size. (Large cookie cutter works great! Or trace a cup.)
  • Put a little sprinkle of cotjia cheese on each tortilla. Put in oven on broil for a couple minutes.
  • Assemble crab taco with crab, avocado, cilantro and course sea salt.
  • Assemble chorizo taco with chorizo, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro and a drop of sriracha.
