Collard Leaf Wraps with Avocado Lime Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- Wrap
Collard Leaves
Mushrooms (raw or grilled)
Alfalfa Sprouts
Red Pepper (raw or grilled)
Cucumber
Carrots
Hummus
Banana peppers (raw or pickled)
(Or any other desired ingredients)
Add grilled chicken if not making plant-based
- Avocado Sauce
4 tablespoon avocado
4 teaspoons lime juice
2 teaspoons vinegar
4 teaspoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon onion, thinly chopped
salt and pepper to taste

- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth consistency.
- Wrap
- Optional Step to make softer collard leaf wrap: Boil water. Once boiling, turn town heat. Add collard leaf to blanch. As color changes, remove leap and let try on paper towel.
