Collard Leaf Wraps with Avocado Lime Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • Wrap
  • Collard Leaves

  • Mushrooms (raw or grilled)

  • Alfalfa Sprouts

  • Red Pepper (raw or grilled)

  • Cucumber

  • Carrots

  • Hummus

  • Banana peppers (raw or pickled)

  • (Or any other desired ingredients)

  • Add grilled chicken if not making plant-based

  • Avocado Sauce
  • 4 tablespoon avocado

  • 4 teaspoons lime juice

  • 2 teaspoons vinegar

  • 4 teaspoons olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon onion, thinly chopped

  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Sauce
  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth consistency.
  • Wrap
  • Optional Step to make softer collard leaf wrap: Boil water. Once boiling, turn town heat. Add collard leaf to blanch. As color changes, remove leap and let try on paper towel.
