Chimichurri
Ingredients
1/4-1/2 cup olive oil
1.5 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
4 gloves garlic, minced
1 small red chili, finely chopped
1 teaspoon dried red chili flakes
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon sea salt, course
1/2 teaspoon black peppercorn, course
Directions
- Finely chop the parsley, garlic, and red chili. Do not use a food processor.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- All to sit at least 10 minutes (ideally longer) to all the flavors to come together.
Notes
- We do not like our chimichurri very oil based. You can add more oil if you do.
